We currently adopt a sliding scale pegged to community health subsidies (CHAS), for ease of reference.

Session fees beyond 1st hour will be pro-rated accordingly.
Booking Fee
Each appointment requires a non-refundable booking fee to confirm.
Session fees payable only after the session.
Please see Enquiries for payment related matters.
Urgent Requests
Session Fee for 1st hour is payable on top of Booking Fee.
Balance session fees payable only if session exceeds 1st hour.

Sample Fee Calculation A
Client A holds a Green CHAS Card and attends an Individual Online Session for 1 hr.
Payment before Session: $25 Booking Fee
Payment after Session: $90 for Green CHAS Rate x 1 hr = $90
Total Cost for Client A: $115
Sample Fee Calculation B
Client B holds an Orange CHAS Card.
Client B and spouse attends a Couple Session for 1.5 hr at Jurong East.
Payment before Session: $35 Booking Fee
Payment after Session: $90 for Orange CHAS Rate x 1.5 hr = $135
Total Cost for Client B: $170
Sample Fee Calculation C
Client C holds a Blue CHAS Card.
Client C, spouse and child attends a Family Session for 1.75 hrs at Pasir Ris.
They booked Urgently less than 24 hours before the session.
Payment before Session: $35 Booking Fee + $100 for Blue CHAS Rate 1st hr = $135
Payment after Session: $100 for Blue CHAS Rate x Remaining 0.75 hr = $75
Total Cost for Client C: $210
Sample Fee Calculation D
Client D does not wish to use CHAS Rates.
Client D attends an Individual Face-to-Face Session for 1 hr at City Hall at 8pm.
Payment before Session: $35 Booking Fee
Payment after Session:
($120 for Standard Rate x 1 hr)
+ $40 surcharge after 7pm = $160
Total Cost for Client D: $195

Client E has a Blue CHAS Card.
However, Client E requests for a House Call for a Family Session for 1.25 hr.
Payment before Session: $35 Booking Fee
Payment after Session:
($180 for Premium Rate x 1.25 hr) = $225
Total Cost for Client E: $260
